Kelly A. Phipps, J.D., Ph.D. is a Professor of Management in the Helzberg School of Management, Rockhurst University. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa, and a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

His professional experience includes serving as a civil rights litigator, mediator, nonprofit program director, Executive Director of a community mediation center, and university professor.

He teaches graduate courses in Conflict Management, Leadership Development, and Organizational Behavior. His research focuses on the intersection of spirituality and leadership, and his consulting work is primarily in conflict management and leadership development.
