The author actively consults in the field of collaborative decision making, and provides short, 30 minute initial consultations for a small fee. This initial consultation via video can serve several purposes:

• Seek advice on implementing the six steps for your organization
• Provide context to prepare an estimate for a larger consulting engagement

When you purchase the initial consultation, please indicate the purpose of the meeting, and include a list of 3 proposed times for the video conference to occur. 

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your initial consultation. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've answered the questions and completed the purchase, I will review your responses and contact you with a time for our video call.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

If you think of additional questions and want to schedule another short call, that is fine. If your situation requires a more in-depth consulting arragnement, I can prepare an estimate for that once we have talked.
